Connect2group fosters independence and community inclusion through Lifestyle Option Programs, promoting fulfilling lives. Our Community Living initiatives encourage social engagement and personal growth. We provide essential assistance and champion autonomy with Independent Living and Supported Living services. Additionally, our Disability Employment Services offer meaningful work opportunities and skill development

Lifestyle Options Program
Our Lifestyle Options Programs are designed to promote and enhance various aspects of daily living.
These programs focus on:
Daily Living Skills: Supporting individuals in developing and improving essential skills for daily life.
Community Participation: Encouraging active involvement in the community, fostering a sense of belonging.
Fun and Learning: Creating enjoyable and educational experiences for participants.
Building Positive Relationships: Emphasising teamwork and collaborative efforts to cultivate positive connections.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL provides people with in-house support staff, enabling them to move out of home and increase independent living skills.
Discover the freedom and support of Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding through NDIS. Tailored to individuals with high support needs, SIL provides in-house assistance, fostering independence in daily living tasks. Explore your options and embrace a life of greater autonomy with SIL.
Employment Services
Connect2Employment is your Specialist Disability Employment Services and NDIS Provider. Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities, helping them achieve their employment goals. Our dedicated Employment Services Team combines diverse expertise from various fields, ensuring an effective service that prioritises opportunity, support, flexibility, and open communication.
Our comprehensive services include resume creation, job matching, and ongoing on-the-job support. At Connect2Employment, we bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, fostering a community of inclusive workplaces and supportive employers.
