About the Role

Support Workers may assist with:

• Daily living and personal care
• Community access and social participation
• Skill development and goal achievement
• Transport and appointments
• Maintaining a safe, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Empathetic, patient, and committed to quality support
• Able to build positive relationships with participants and families
• Reliable, flexible, and professional
• Confident working independently and as part of a team

Requirements (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card
• First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support (desirable but not essential)
