Nathan has been the CEO of Connect2Group for the past 2 years and previously held the position of CEO at Bayside Respite Care, who formally merged with Connect2Group in May 2024. Nathan has over 30 years’ experience in the Disability Sector starting out as a Support Worker and working in many different roles until taking up Senior and Executive Management roles over the past 17 years.
Nathan has experience in all aspects of social policy, service delivery and business management in the fields of mental health, disability, housing, child protection, health, alcohol and other drugs, lived experience, social enterprise, disability employment and supporting First People’s reforms.
Nathan is honoured to lead Connect2Group into the future and to fulfil the strategic pathways set out by the Management Committee. Nathan sees a bright future for Connect2Group and will endeavour to maintain a high level of service delivery for all Participants and families supported by Connect2Group. Nathan is passionate about genuine co-design and working to ensure that Government Services and the Non-Government Sector are connected and put people at the centre to deliver the best outcome possible for all Australians.
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel is an accomplished senior manager with over 18 years of experience in the disability sector. His career journey spans diverse roles, from frontline support to senior leadership, giving him a deep understanding of both operational and strategic service delivery.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Daniel is committed to ensuring that services are not only high-quality but also person-centred. He champions empowerment, enabling participants to live the life they choose with dignity, independence, and confidence.
Daniel’s key strengths include extensive knowledge of disability services, policy, and participant needs. He is an advocate for inclusion, empowerment, and participant choice.
Louise is a professional with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, workplace health and safety, compensation and compliance across various industries.
Louise has a collaborative approach in managing the development and execution of HR strategy to support organisational goals. Building strong rapports with key stakeholders at varying levels in an organisation, to achieve results.
Having worked in fast paced and complex business environments, Louise is proficient at managing multiple conflicting priorities and delivering communications and people management initiatives that support the business objectives.
Cindy is a CPA and MBA-qualified finance professional with nearly 20 years of experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including five years with US-listed organisations and over four years in the not-for-profit space.
She is recognised for leading financial planning, reporting, and governance across complex environments, and holds certification as a Microsoft Power BI Business Analyst. Cindy excels in strategic budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering data-driven insights that support executive decision-making.
