Since launching in July 1993, Connect2Group has proudly supported the community for over 30 years, delivering positive and lasting impact within the disability sector. Our services include Employment Support across Cleveland, South Brisbane, Mount Gravatt, and Darra—soon expanding to Logan, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast—as well as In-Home Support, Accommodation Services, Lifestyle Options, and specialised assistance within behavioural support units at The Park in Wacol.

Connect2Group is an Incorporated Association and a not-for-profit organisation. As a member-based entity—not governed by shareholders—we are driven by purpose, not profit. We are a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and an accredited provider of Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA). Our day-to-day operations are overseen by a committed Executive Team and supported by a Volunteer Management Committee.
